Job Responsibilities

– Develop, implement and lead a sales and growth strategy for all product lines, territories, and channels.
– Build and manage the sales team.
– Seek out and build relationships with a wide variety of customers.
– Promote and build the Rock of Ages/Polycor brand
– Measure and report on sales and operational metrics.
– Attend and present at industry events and conferences.
– Frequent traveling is required.


– Exceptional organizational, leadership and team-building skills.
– Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar. MBA a plus.
– Proven record of achievement in developing and managing a sales team for a minimum of 5 years.
– Ability to manage several product lines within multiple sales channels.
– Experience growing a highly diverse customer base.
– Skilled communicator with strong verbal and written English language abilities. French language proficiency a plus.
– Demonstrated analytical skills and excellent judgment in complex situations.
– Experience selling stone is not required, but experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
